Our sincere condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one. The bible assures us that our heavenly father is aware of our pain and he is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). It also gives us the promise that there will be a resurrection and that God will bring an end to death once and for all (Revelation 21:4). It is our hope that the power of God’s Word will help to ease your sorrow as you cherish the loving memories you shared together.

I will never forget the first time I saw Barbara as a child. I still remember what she was wearing, she was such a pretty lady and seemed to be different. She and I formed an immediate bond. I remember riding a bus for the first time to Jacksonville Florida to visit with Barbara. She took me to so many cool places and then we drove back to North Carolina together. I loved the times we spent together. She always made me feel special and important. And then the next to the last time I saw her and introduced her to my husband and shared how much we loved each other. She was so happy for us and of course JC loved her at first just like me. Each memory of Barbara will be filled with love and warmth: just like she made me feel.

I remember when my brother Bud brought Barbara to meet his family. I was so impressed with her. I was young at the time and I thought she was so pretty and so much more worldly than anyone I had ever met before. She gave me Evening in Paris perfume that I loved because I had never gotten anything like that before either. She was very fun to be around and I loved talking with her. My sister, Ethel, and Barbara were very close and stayed in touch with each other even after our brother Bud died. She raised a wonderful, caring and thoughtful son and I'm sure that she has always been very proud of Dean.

That is so interesting Dean. I had a dream about her that evening. She was dressed up and looked beautiful and I gave her a hug. We were at a dance, which she always loved to do. I had a feeling that she had passed away. Thank you for letting me know. I too know she is in a much better place and out of pain.
She will be truly missed but I am so glad that she came to me in my dreams.
Please let me know if you need anything.
With much love,
Leigh
